Delete your account

You can delete your Patiyo account and all of your data at any time.

In the app

Open Patiyo and tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
Open Settings.
Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

If you can't open the app

Email destek@patiyo.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". If you signed in with Apple or Google, use that account's email. We act on it within 30 days, usually within a few days, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account, name, email address and phone number
Your pet profiles and all photos
Your breeder documents
Your likes, matches and all messages
Your adoption listings, applications and sitter profile
Reviews you wrote and reviews about you

What may be kept

For accounts banned for serious violations of our community rules, the email and phone number may be kept so the same person can't sign up again. Nothing else is kept unless the law requires it.
